The School Day

The school day starts at 8.55am and finishes at 3.30pm and the school gate is open from 8.45am. Lunchtime is from 12.00 to 1.20pm.

• 8.45am School Gates Open 
• 8.55am Register ~ your child will be marked as 'Late Before Registers Closed' (L) if they arrive between 9am and 9.30am
• 9.30am Register Closes ~ your child will be marked as 'Late After Registers Closed' (U).
• School Hours 8.55am to 3.30pm - 6 hours and 35 minutes, 32.55 per week

We recognise the importance of children being in school and have therefore attached the school term dates for the upcoming  years. This will enable families to book holidays during school holiday times.

School holiday dates are pre-arranged between Derby City and Derbyshire local authority education teams.

Inset days are set for the next academic year by February half term again maximising the notice given to parents.

School Lunches

Our school meals service is delivered by Eat Culture, Nottingham Catering, an award-winning catering service that is part of Nottingham City Council.  Eat Culture believes in putting children first, ensuring they enjoy a healthy, balanced school meal that meets School Food Standards.
