​​​​​​On this page you will find a variety of information all about Portway to support your transition to Portway Junior School.

​​​​​​We will be adding information to this page over the transition period, so please keep your eyes peeled.

Key dates & activities:

June:

Monday 27^th June- Welcome meeting for Year 2 parents and pupils 4pm-4.45 pm at the Junior school, in the hall.

Thursday 30^th June- Year 3 teachers to visit Year 2 classes and read them a story.

July:

Tuesday 5^th July- transition day 1 at the Junior School (9am drop off at Junior school and 3.20pm pick up from the Junior school)

Wednesday 6^th July- transition day 2 at the Junior School (9am drop off at Junior school and 3.20pm pick up from the Junior school)

Thursday 7^th July- transition day 3 at the Junior School (9am drop off at Junior school and 3.20pm pick up from the Junior school)

Thursday 21^st July- Miss Wilkinson Yr 2 assembly at the Infants
